John G. Carlson, Founder and Lead Consultant:
John G. Carlson is an experienced operating and financial executive as well as management consultant. For the past 13 years, Mr. Carlson played a key role in start-up, growth and turnaround environments from his position as principal of System Change. Both in interim management roles and through permanent positions, Mr. Carlson has served as CEO, COO and CFO of private and public companies.
He has operated in a wide range of technology businesses, including:
· Semiconductors
· Open source and proprietary software
· Intellectual property-licensing
· Cable and telecom
· Medical devices and equipment
· Health care services
For companies such as Tessera, General Instrument and Learning Services.
Through these experiences, John G. Carlson developed System Change’s methods for rapidly analyzing and expanding revenues and operational efficiencies across the entire field of any business.
